As we move forward, we slowly find out about the narrative of the film that deals with how lower caste people are treated by upper class people in some of the rural areas in India.

We explore this whole angle through Ayushmann’s perspective and find out how heinous crimes  such as hounour killing, dowry, murder are common in rural India. It seems like director Anubhav Sinha has yet another powerful narrative with a gripping story-line. His previous film was Mulk and it was one the most critically acclaimed film of 2018.
